What is Xylem Wellness Systems?
Xylem is designed for busy, high-performing men who want a more personalized approach to their health. Whether your priority is losing weight, improving metabolic health, increasing energy, optimizing hormones, sleeping better, or simply staying ahead of future health problems, we build the program around your biology, goals, and lifestyle.
Do I need to have a specific diagnosis to work with Xylem?
No. Xylem isn’t built around a single diagnosis. Some clients come to us because their blood sugar, weight, hormones, or energy are moving in the wrong direction. Others feel relatively healthy but want to understand their body at a deeper level and optimize their long-term performance and healthspan.
How is Xylem different from my regular doctor or a typical wellness program?
Traditional healthcare is often designed to diagnose and manage disease. Most wellness programs, on the other hand, rely on generalized recommendations. Xylem sits in a different category: we combine physician oversight, advanced testing, ongoing data, and individualized strategy to understand what is happening in your body and build around it.
What if I’ve already tried diets, doctors, supplements, or other programs?
That’s common. The question isn’t necessarily whether you’ve tried hard enough—it’s whether you’ve had enough information to understand why you’re not getting the result you want.
Xylem is built around measuring first, identifying what deserves attention, and creating a strategy specific to you rather than asking you to repeat another generic protocol.
Is the program completely virtual?
Yes. Xylem is designed around the schedules of busy men and provides a highly personalized experience without requiring constant office visits. Our current physician-led program is available to eligible clients in Texas.
Do you accept insurance?
Xylem is a private-pay program and does not bill insurance for our services. This allows us to build your care around your individual goals, biology, testing, and ongoing data rather than around what an insurance plan will or won’t cover.
Depending on your coverage, certain outside labs, medications, imaging, or other medical services may still be eligible for insurance reimbursement, but that varies by plan.
