The Brotherhood
Mind. Body. Spirit.
Real change is hard to do alone. The Xylem Brotherhood puts you alongside men going through the same transformation, with twice-weekly live calls, a private forum, and the experts who built your plan right there with you.
Currently accepting men based in Texas.
Why a brotherhood?
Most men try to fix their health quietly and on their own. They start strong, hit a hard week, and drift back to old habits without anyone noticing.
When you see other guys going through the same thing, everything changes. Someone claims a win, and you want one too. Someone has a rough week, and you see it’s part of the process, not the end of it. That’s what keeps men going long enough to actually change.
It’s designed for men, but it’s more like a brotherhood.

What's inside
How the brotherhood works
Live Calls, Twice a Week
Two live calls every week with Coach Cory and Dr. Nick. Show up, check in with the group, and keep your momentum going.
Your Questions, Answered
As you put your plan into action, questions come up. Am I doing this right? Is this normal? Bring them to the call and get answers from the experts who built your plan.
A Private Forum
Between calls, the conversation keeps going. Post a question, share your progress, or ask the guys who’ve already been where you are.
Wins and Losses, Shared
Every notch on the belt gets celebrated. Hard weeks get talked about, not hidden. We’re human, transformation takes time, and you don’t have to carry it alone.
We change the whole man
Mind, body, and spirit
Mind
Clarity about what your body actually needs, and the confidence that you’re doing it right.
Body
A plan built on your labs and your biology: nutrition, movement, and medical care where it’s needed.
Spirit
Purpose, connection, and men in your corner who want to see you win.
